Elisse Joson and McCoy De Leon Movie SAKALING MAGING TAYO showing in cinemas nationwide starting Jan. 16

Black Sheep is starting the year right with the release of Sakaling Maging Tayo, a coming-of-age romantic comedy starring Elisse Joson and McCoy Deleon.

The film is Director JP Habac's second full-length film following his 2017 debut I'm Drunk, I Love You. Mccoy de Leon and Elise Joson, dubbed by their fans as McLisse reunites on the big screen. The project has been highly anticipated by Mclisse fans all over the world with the trailer garnering more than 1 million views after it was released during the Holidays.

In Sakaling Maging Tayo, two college freshmen, Pol (McCoy De Leon) and Laya (Elisse Joson), accidentally meet during their last day of school in Baguio City. Laya is about to move back to Manila to escape from her failed romance, while Pol is about to spend a carefree night in a music festival. After witnessing Laya's breakdown because of her recent heartbreak, Pol gets an idea to make her last night in Baguio fun and memorable. Pol also takes this chance to spend an entire night with the girl he has always admired from afar.

To add to the excitement and spontaneity, the two play a game of dares ranging from eating exotic food, to getting a random tattoo, to confessinag deep, dark secrets. Little dd they know that dares would eventually force them to confronting their issues and leads them to a start of a possible romance.

the film was show entirely in Baguio after Habac was inspired by classic romantic films like Kung Mangarap Ka't Magising and Labs Kita... Okey Ka Lang? Habac also drew inspiration from the songs that serves as a backdrop to Pol and Laya's night of dares and possible romance. The soundtrack features songs from artists like Moira dela Torre, Kz Tandingan, Johnoy Danao and Ang Bandang Shirley.

This 2019 dare to fall in love with Mclisse as they go through the ups, downs and zigzags of growing up and falling in love. Take a leap of faith and join Pol and Laya's one night of dares to find and out of it will bring them closer together or tear them apart.
